My wrap arrived about 5 days after I ordered it. The quality of the fabric is great. There is a bit of a learning curve when putting it in but I watched a couple videos on YouTube and that helped greatly. My baby loves being in the wrap. I love that Im able to move around while carrying him without and back pain.

You need a PHD to wrap this thing. Not user friendly at all
