Super cute design, good quality fabrics, the outer layer with the embroidery is a good weight and sturdy, the minky dot inside is super soft and I love it for babe. I had issues with my initial order getting it into Canada, (something went wrong at the border from what we can tell), customer service was prompt and courteous in resolving the issue. I got the '2nd order' without any issue, and it's perfect!

Would give a 0 stars if I could horrible customer service placed my order January 4th and as of February 13 have still not received it iv contacted customer service multiple times and still havent got any Resolution beyond to contact them again if its not here by the 18th , your better off ordering from different companyCar Seat Model? - Kendra whole caboodle

The product is thin and the cover actually has spots that look like a needle hole in it. Shipping was horrible and considering I had to pay for it and the insurance and it took 14 days of traveling all over the place to get to me. The last 3 days it keep good from one side of the state to the others for some reason. CS is awful and they knew less about the shipping issues than I did. Once I finally received the package its not what I expected. I wont be using it. Its cheap and thin and provides no comfort for baby. Also it doesnt fit correctly. Im sure trying to send it back would only be more of a headache plus I no longer trust this company after all the bad CS on the shipping.Car Seat Model? - Graco comfort

- We maximize a 3" tall by 8" wide space across the bottom right of the cover. Shorter names like "Amy" will be fully 3" tall but not 8" wide, while longer names like "Elizabeth" may not be fully 3" tall but will be very close to 8" wide. The font color is chosen from one of 16 colors. The selected color is shown in the preview.

Our products are not waterproof. However, the breathable fabric should provide plenty of coverage from the elements for every day activities, and briefly going out and about in mild to severe weather.
Our breathable canopies may be universally used in all weather conditions. For the coldest climates, we recommend the Original canopy. For the warmest climates, we recommend the Muslin or Jersey Stretch styles.
