Felt Fun

Cut out a sun from yellow felt, clouds and snowflakes from white felt, raindrops from dark blue felt, and curvy swirls to represent wind from black felt. Then with a large piece of light blue felt as your background, ask your child to create a picture of today’s weather using the felt cutouts. You may want to add a felt representation of your child and cutouts of weather-specific accessories, such as an umbrella, mittens, and sunglasses, to add to the fun.
